The terms describe user obligations, intellectual property rights, payment terms for paid services, and procedures for handling disputes and data.

Some services or features may not be available in all jurisdictions. omnipensil operates from Thailand and users outside Thailand should ensure they comply with local laws when accessing our services.

Account and registration

Certain services require an account. When registering, users must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for activities under your account.

Provide current, complete, and accurate information during registration and update it as necessary. omninpensil may suspend accounts with false or incomplete information.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly agreed in writing by omnipensil.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, inform omnipensil promptly so we can take appropriate steps to secure the account.

omnipensil may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk. We will notify users of suspension where practicable.

Services provided

omnipensil offers structured courses, workshops, and advisory content focused on spiritual growth for entrepreneurs, directors, and business leaders. Course formats may include live sessions, recorded materials, exercises, and community interaction.

We may modify, update, or discontinue courses and features at our discretion. Participants will be informed of significant changes affecting enrolled programs when feasible.

Course schedules and availability may vary. While omnipensil strives for reliable access, occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors.

User conduct

Users must follow rules that support a respectful and lawful learning environment. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

  • Harassment, hate speech, or abusive language toward instructors or other participants.
  • Sharing or posting unlawful or defamatory content.
  • Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale of course materials.
  • Attempting to access restricted administrative areas or other users' accounts.
  • Using the platform for commercial advertising without prior consent from omnipensil.
  • Manipulating or interfering with course results, certificates, or assessments.
  • Circumventing technical or contractual restrictions imposed by omnipensil.

User content

Users may submit content such as forum posts, comments, or assignment materials. Submissions must comply with these terms and any course-specific rules.

You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the rights you grant omnipensil to use that content as described below.

By submitting content, you grant omnipensil a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content for the purposes of delivering services, providing support, and promoting educational offerings.

You are responsible for the content you submit and must ensure it does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law. Do not submit personal data of others without consent.

omnipensil may remove content that violates these terms, applicable law, or community standards. We may restrict users who repeatedly post prohibited content.

Intellectual property

All course materials, platform design, text, images, and related intellectual property are owned or licensed by omnipensil unless otherwise stated. Users are granted only the rights expressly set out in these terms.

  • Do not copy or reproduce course materials for redistribution or resale without explicit written permission.
  • Do not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, activity, or other proprietary notices contained in materials.
  • Do not create derivative works for commercial purposes without a license from omnipensil.

Paid services

Some omnipensil offerings require payment. Paid services are subject to these terms as well as any specific program terms provided at enrollment.

Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase and may include taxes and fees as required by law. Prices may change, but changes will not affect purchases already completed unless stated otherwise.

Payment methods and billing terms are described at checkout. By purchasing you authorize charges to the payment method you provide and confirm your billing information is accurate.

Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled according to the cancellation procedures provided. Users are responsible for canceling subscriptions prior to renewal if they do not wish to continue.

omnipensil may update prices for services; such changes will not affect confirmed purchases unless specifically stated.

If payment is not received or a payment method is declined, omnipensil may suspend access to paid services until payment is resolved.

Disclaimer

Course materials and coaching provided by omnipensil are educational in nature and intended to support professional and personal development. Outcomes depend on individual effort, circumstances, and external factors. Content is provided "as is" and should not be interpreted as professional legal, business, or medical advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, omnipensil's liability for direct damages arising from use of services is limited to the amounts paid for the affected service during the prior 12 months. omnipensil is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses except as required by applicable law.

Third-party services

Third-party tools, hosts, payment processors, or content providers used in connection with omnipensil services are subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. omnipensil does not control and is not responsible for third-party practices.

Termination and suspension

omnipensil may suspend or terminate access to services for breach of these terms, legal reasons, or other legitimate business reasons. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

Upon termination, access to course materials and account features may be revoked. Termination does not automatically entitle the user to a refund except where a refund policy applies.

Privacy and data protection

omnipensil processes personal data in accordance with the privacy policy. The privacy policy describes what data is collected, how it is used, retention practices, and user rights.

Communications

omnipensil may communicate with users by email, SMS, phone, or platform notifications regarding account matters, course updates, and administrative information. Users may manage communication preferences in account settings.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any legal proceedings related to these terms will be conducted in the appropriate courts of Thailand unless otherwise agreed in writing.
